A guy came round last night, he was feeling down, almost suicidal.
We had a couple of joints and a couple of drinks and he told me his problems, most of which seemed to revolve around lack of money and his girlfriends attitude to him.
I got him calmed down and thinking straight and then his woman began to send him long texts and he crumbled;
I advised him to wait till the morning before going to see her but he felt had to go,
so I bade him farewell.
He had pretty much destroyed my night’s relaxation so I decided to have an early night,
thus my early rising today.
I had informed my tutor that I would be making an appearance today so I have a couple of hours to do some last minute revision.
Today the weather is dry for the moment but windy and cold.
I feel tense, as I always do prior to an exam, but apart from that o.k.
Good job I got up early have had two phone calls before 10 a.m!
Tried a bit of revision but not really in mood so have left it alone.

Among the cache collected by the Drug Enforcement Administration were 12 tons of marijuana; four tons of cocaine; methamphetamine, heroin; 6.1 million dollars in property and assets; and an estimated 100 weapons and 94 vehicles.

Not a bad drugs bust.
Took a mood stabiliser in an effort to relax and am feeling drowsy.
(another reason for not taking them).
Thinking about returning to bed for an hour, didn’t have much choice. Couldn’t keep eyes open.
Went back to bed, didn’t really want to get up when alarm went off!
Dragged myself out of bed and went to Boro.
Test was usual 45 minutes, finished in 25 and then spent rest of time checking;
didn’t feel fully in control but did what I thought was needed.
Had a brief chat with tutor and agreed to do more subjects, told her to bring ‘em on.
Looks like there is 4 or more modules left to study.
Came home and called into supermarket for big shop.
Hurt my back trying to get shopping into flat but managed.
I treated myself to some mackerel, and tomato, could taste them all night;
had an early night after watching, undisturbed, my portion of TV.
Had a couple of whiskies for a night cap.
