10 th. October.

10 October
Had a good night’s sleep, waking up at 11 to a grey dismal day.
Feeling a little like the weather.

Once again Wednesday has crept around again without too much of a fanfare,
I wouldn’t have known it was Wednesday if it hadn’t been for giro in post,
I sign it and place in wallet,

I now have sounds coming through speakers, which takes away the necessity of wearing headphones.

Today I’m feeling neutral, not as depressed as late and nowhere near as weepy / emotional.

I have tried to figure out what brings on these days of feeling like I want to cry but as yet haven’t any answers.
It’s not a bad feeling really,
just feel like if I succumbed to a fit of crying it would be a flood of emotional release,
Maybe I should let it rip.

I can no longer access my course work so the plan to spend this week in last minute revision has gone for a burton.

Must remember next time not to order goods when I have any impending appointments the week following,
Would rather have sat the test while the material was fresh in my mind,
but can’t change anything now;

May use Microsoft interactive as a means of revising.

Found height of receiver and keyboard effect use.

Weather looks like its set in for day so will have to pass time away on p.c.
Tidied up the kitchen and living room yesterday so place is respectable,
which leaves me nothing pressing to do today, (as usual).

I've tried to give up before - it didn't work!
You're not the only one.
The chances of success get better every time you try to quit.
Most people need four attempts or more before they finally succeed.
If you fail, just think of it as a rehearsal before you really quit

How long does it take before the cravings disappear?
After just a few days the need for a cigarette will get less.
And for some people, it may have completely vanished after just two to four weeks.
Avoid spending too much time around smokers.
Be proud of yourself - celebrate after each week, month and year that has passed since you quit.
Avoid drinks that make you feel like smoking, such as alcohol and coffee.
Don't let one slip ruin your whole quit plan.
Aim for at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise five to six times per week,
with weight training for each major muscle group at least twice a week and you’ll be well on your way to reaching and maintaining your goal.
My goals are to quit smoking and get rid of some weight while toning up certain areas of my body.
I’ve set myself the winter months to achieve this,

Six months with a weight loss of 1 pound per week should see me reach the desired weight.
Spent a few hours surfing, had a bite to eat and now am going to have afternoon nap.
Got up TV and meals.
Stayed up till tired and went to bed about 1.
