Pillow adjuster seems to have done neck some good. Woke up feeling less pain in neck, another beautiful morning with temperatures said to hit 22 plus.
Run out of tablets so should go to Docs for new prescription.
Took contact lens out when I realised I’ve been wearing same pair for nearly two months, wearing glasses for a while in an attempt to give them time to clear.
Yesterday’s experiment with the cider worked, in as much as I got some afternoon kip and seemed to help me drop off at nighttime; couldn’t drink it on a daily basis.
Tutor returns tomorrow so may spend most of day revising and go in for a test, will see.
Am pleased with neck support, has taken away a lot of stiffness in neck and am able to move head from side to side without too much pain.
Weather forecasts temperatures in to the eighties today, possibly the last scorcher of the year, may end up sat outside with a brew.

Phoned Blackpool and they’re sending me a form to fill in prior to sending renewal form.
I had a walk into the village and treated myself to a steak pie followed by a couple of pints, bought myself a bottle of Vodka.
Returned home made a quick meal and went to bed about 4.
Woke up and idled time away till 10 p.m. then big sleep.
