Unpacked exercise machine and had a go,
After 100 steps I was knackered,
Gonna take a slow process of getting broken in, which isn’t surprising since I’ve had no real exercise for years.
Think, given chance it will work.
Haven’t attached ropes yet, will get used to stepping first.
Can only do about 50 before need a rest.
Have attached ropes and changed seats, ropes will do as will the machine what is says it will do.
Going to take a while to get used to it.
Each time I have a beak my chest is busy so must do some good, will definitely pull leg muscles and ropes will give some exercise to upper body.
Probably take a week to get used to it, and then I’ll know how much to do.
Gets me out of breath so must be working.
Found out very quickly that 50 steps brought on pain and had me out of breath.
I concentrated on getting used to the stepping while keeping my balance.
As night drew on and I began to watch TV I used each commercial break to go on machine.
By the time I went to bed at 11 my back and left leg was showing signs of use.
