Was nice to get into a clean bed last night, had a good sleep, woke up this morning for a piss and jumped straight back into bed, unfortunately there was a loud crack and I think I’ve damaged the bed!
Got up to a tidy flat, (makes a change).
Weather is grey and overcast and windy so have decided to stay in.
Post consists of letters asking for new bank details so going to spend a while sorting everything out.
Have internet banking and direct debits to sort out.
Finally got through to customer services, very polite, got debit sorted and upgraded broadband service to twice the speed for a quid less; this package will last for a year and then I have the option to return to old speed.
Sun is shining into room and I have had to turn the fire down a couple of notches, curtains half drawn to keep sun out of my eyes, I’m set for an afternoon’s work.
A father is battling to rebuild his life after being paralysed by a teenage thug who stabbed him in the back.
The attacker, Rogers, received a jail sentence of just three years and nine months at Teesside Crown Court earlier this month for the horrific attack.
"He has paralysed me for the rest of my life. At the end of the day he will probably be out in two years.
"The sentence is nothing. People have no value for life. There is no justice in this.
I agree.
The drying process turns the toxic components into the muscarin, which is the active hallucinogen in fly-agaric. A quick way to speed up the drying process is to bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 - 45 minutes, until they're shrivelled. This will also get rid of the toxic chemicals.
Cooking recipe for today.
