Been up since seven, had 14 hours sleep.
Got over first hour without a smoke but was thinking of going to shop and buying some, went to neighbours instead and got just enough dust out of his ashtray to make a very slim one. It tasted awful.
Have just returned to flat to sound of fire alarm going off, I had left the kettle on.
Glad I had the rollie, it tasted disgusting, not just because it was made from the dust, it tasted awful.
Have taken first tablet of day. Have to keep it up for the rest of the day.
Spent a few hours surfing and then went to parents for meal.
Home, can of lager, watched TV till got sick of it and went to bed at 9.
