20 October
Yesterday I finished off the gin and went to bed about 10,
had a really good sleep and woke up this a.m. at 7,
was pitch black so had cuppa, smoke and went back till 9.

Have nearly £400 to collect today so have decided to treat myself to an inhaler, a packet of razor blades and a shop at the co-op.
I have no idea if the inhaler will work but it just may help.

This a.m. I’ve been eating the cigs one after another so if I can get my early morning nicotine fix from an inhaler all well and good.

Back is hurting, probably either from exercise or from sitting too long in chair.

Didn’t have acid or heartburn or hangover from drinking gin and bitter lemon so may try it again, if a £10 bottle can last for four days or more, not a bad buy.

Am getting low on basic supplies so will have a slow shop this a.m. and see what is on offer,
may pop in for home made scones and tea.

Flat could do with a spruce up so may give it a go.
Am feeling strange this morning, difficult to describe;
neither feeling bad or well but am different from of late.

My stomach has eased since chopping a log and possibly I’m feeling a little fitter than I’ve been lately.
Strange feeling.
Had a really good sleep, probably due to alcohol; not drunk but relaxed.

Money today will be spent without feeling guilty and majority will go towards some more premium bonds.
Will stick in my throat paying £12 for razor blades and have no idea how much inhaler will be, bet it’s not cheap.
Going to have a quiet weekend in got a few cans left and will buy some booze to see me through trying to keep off the weed.
Haven’t got shaky legs this morning so they must be getting used to exercise regime.
Back pain may ease with a bath, (treat!).

Went shopping and spent nearly £90; £10 gas, same electric, £45 in co-op.£15 of which was booze, lashed out on tomatoes, lettuce and ham for sandwiches.
Bought an inhaler, don’t think its going to help,
had a pint after having buttered scone and tea in centre and came home.
Kept off cigs after 3 p.m.
Watched a little TV till 10 30 and went to bed.
