Yet another grey, dull, morning; uninspiring.
Had a look at course work,
Installed active x control, flash player 9.
Error passing module status to LMS, Error no. 301
After suffering more with mouse not working I changed seats and even though I’m much further away from the receiver the combo works o.k.!
Why? I cannot figure out.
But will take a lot of hassle from me, I was considering all sorts of problems either with combo or P.C. itself.
01:51 PM
Completed a few of the modules, treated myself to half of “squidgy black”, apparently decent gear, if not, dealer was willing to re-imburse.
Lads moving in to nearby flat on Fri, at least I’ll have direct line to dealer then, no more middle men and their deals.
I like to keep myself separate from their lives and business.
Now have done only 4 hrs. work but ready for appetiser.
Now this is what I call studying, swivel and rock chair, wireless control, sunlight hitting through open window, wearing shades, listening to relaxing music, glass of Whisky, glass of orange, a cup of tea. And enjoying a joint! Getting there..
Am well pleased I tried the other seating position or I’d have had a lot of trouble in the future with combo (mouse and keyboard). I can’t figure out why it wouldn’t work from the other position, can only suspect gas fire as reflecting signal, can’t be speakers or TV. interrupting same.
Will have to investigate how a Laser actually works http://HowStuffWorks -!
Just seen my mouse advertised! £49.99! Rechargeable.
Apparently, if your feet are touching the ground, your brain understands that and cancels out a lot of the motion information. That's why the chair is designed as a recliner.
It’s very easy to imagine all the seats in a movie theatre having this technology to enhance the theatre experience. It will be interesting to see if the technology spreads.
Meanwhile I recline.
Just spent an interesting hour trying to find out how the laser keyboard and mouse actually works,
Learnt a bit about atoms and laser beams, been a break, during which I realised I was actually been warmed by the sun, which is still at two o’clock,
Cooling breeze drifts through tobacco stained voiles, circulating the classical music around the room.
How poetic or pathetic?
I yawn stretch and look outside as the sun disappears behind yet another cloud.
I realise I no longer need the sunglasses, but before discarding them I think back to my earlier computing madness when I did in fact use an anti glare screen, perhaps wearing them while working would be an advantage. I decided yes.
For the first time today I look at the clock and realise, 03:24 PM nearly time for my “injection of TV.”
I thoroughly enjoy what I know to be repeats of a series I know I watched the first time yet enjoy them again because I remember so little of them.
I think the television companies have worked out that the average age of the viewer will be sufficient to have invoked memory loss, either, permanent or short term. An ideal audience to launch yet another wave of repeats upon? Bring ‘em on.
How can I sit here with a TV?
That took me years to save for, yet slag down the TV. of today? Who’s going to pay over a thousand pounds for a TV? and not enjoy watching same?
I foresaw the growth in pay as you view or listen and realised if I was going to have to pay out a lot of money to become part of the digital age I would want more, that’s why I look upon it as a monitor first and a TV, second, cinema third,
