Got up just in time to receive alarm phone call from pa;
As I sit down with first cuppa the rain begins to pelt down driven by the strong wind.
Have appointment at 1; M.O.T. dinner will be ready when we return,
yes, we; I’m getting the benefit of his company while car is tested.
Am thinking of going to shop for baccy, really does look wild outside. I’ll brave it.
Really is nasty day weather wise.
Trip to shop was worth it, I picked up 6 apple pies to treat myself tonight.
Going to have another cig and get washed.
Felt a bit easier last night, chest wise;
This a.m. I should have resisted but fell down,
Felt right to try again this a.m. but will smoke this pack and hopefully try again for the New Year.
Chinkie meal must have done the trick, just been to chop a log and feel much better for it.
When you think about it, the meal for one provides two meals, which works out as same price as fish and chips, and I enjoyed the meal,
despite not knowing what I was eating most of the time.
M.O.T. today is going to be £40, hope it goes through; if not I hope its only something small that fails it, would hate to find out I’ve bought a pup.
Am feeling confident it will pass,
if not at least I have the coin to pay for repairs.
Third smoke finished, craving sated.
Will have a bath at parents and hopefully that will put me in the mood to tidy up when I return, may even do some work.
How do I feel today?
Stomach feels great after going to toilet and I think the size of my gut is slowly decreasing.
I feel fine, health wise and mentally, haven’t took one of the meds today don’t think I need them.
Will have a relaxing day if all goes well.
Went to garage, was nervous but as it happens only cost 50p for a replacement bulb for the number plate.
Car legal for another year.
Returned to parents had a nice meal and a bath, found Xmas card down side of chair, also found bacon joint in boot of car.
Returned to Marske and went to post office for money and to chemist for bottle brushes, no joy.
My hair was all over the place in the wind, I looked a right mess so went to Redcar and treated myself to an haircut; pleased with result.
Decided against having a drink in town so returned home to club and had a couple in usual company.
Looked like the local youths were gearing up for the weekend drinking session so left at teatime.
Home, decided to leave the booze alone so watched TV.
Had remainder of Chinese meal and a few pieces of bacon and mustard and sat viewing till 4.30.
