Up till 4 a.m. again, just couldn’t sleep.
Have had to put receiver on chair a mere foot away from keyboard to get it to work!
Thinking it must be batteries yet indicator is not on and they are registering as being good on taskbar.
Came back from village and its working o.k!
Had three pints, bought enough for tonight and am settled.
Can’t figure out what’s wrong.
Got meditation sounds on.
Gonna try to relax and finish course tasks and assignments.
Did so much but felt a little tired so going to have a kip, as one does.
Got back up, long boring day!
02:10 AM decided to finish course work before having a good kip.
One section left to do and a lot of loose files to tidy up and send to tutor.
04:08 AM Bed.
Eating 300 to 500 calories less per day, may lead to losing between one and two pounds per week.
This is a realistic weight loss.
It may seem slow, but would add up to a weight loss of more than three stone in a year.
It might take a week or two before the results will show, but they will steadily appear.
After the first month should be able to both see the results and measure them.
We age gradually over time and sooner or later, our bodies will react to how we live our lives.
By losing weight it becomes easier to grow old gracefully,
without having to be troubled so much by illnesses.
Eat more bread and fruit; carry on with the portions of veg.
Avoid too much fat.
Exercise,
I don’t eat breakfasts so will start with a cereal, cut caffeine out and replace with fruit drink, drink more water.
