4 th.December.
4 December
Had a decent sleep, woke up eyes were dirty. Sneezing so have put fire on low, had a wash to wake myself up, may do some course work for a while seeing as I have to wait in for possible collection.
Checked lottery, only one number!
Looks like today will be sunshine and showers, still a little windy but no way as strong as late.
I have been having toothache and ear ache lately.
Last night I got fingers in mouth and checked teeth for being loose etc, couldn’t find any suspects, however I found something hard coming out of the gums where teeth had been extracted years ago and now suspect that is the cause;
will have to have a trip to dentist to get everything put right.
Have got into a bit of a rut lately, will have to snap myself out of it.
Need to buckle down.
Had an offer from my I.S.P. provider this morning trying to get me to include phone in monthly package in return for TV.
At the moment I’m not too happy about the charge for Internet, which has increased dramatically, so will give it a miss.
Little bit annoying when the course work is teaching about software that I don’t seem to have or probably have a more recent version of.
Had a right chew with task because of different program and therefore different options and task buttons.
Completed one section and finished assignment. Learnt a bit.
After reading about the attack on the local milkman, it seems Marske isn’t as quiet as it seems; always distressing when a report of an attack hit’s the headlines, there has been a spate lately people being robbed makes one uneasy about venturing out at night, doesn’t concern me because I seldom go out and if I do it’ll probably be in the car.
There are quite a lot of drug users in the village so I presume the motive is cash, perhaps due to the pressure of the oncoming Xmas period?
A lot of people on the breadline must be dreading the coming holiday period with all the pressure that the media puts on people to buy expensive goods.
I’m glad I had the chat with my parents and we decided to virtually ignore the commercial side of Xmas and concentrate upon having a meal together.
True there will be the presence of the TV to annoy us but we will treat the time as any other weekend and just enjoy my Mother’s cooking till we are stuffed no doubt.
I have an idea in my head for presents but the cost will be minimal to reasonable.
