Stopped up late last night and was tempted by some p.c. speakers on the shopping channel.

Woke up early this a.m. but was too cold so went back till now,
was woken by telephone but hung up before I reached it,
probably the shopping channel to take details.

A nice sunny day may have a run into town for some meat.

Having some problems with meditation channel on radio, stream keeps breaking.

As expected numerous e. mails from competition sites and on line course sites, even though some of the courses are half price £500 is still too much.

Had another crack at course tests but just ended up getting confused.
Not in the mood for too much confusion today!

Feel I could take test but if its gonna be in that format I will get confused.

Had a run into town and bought some meat, turned out to be wafer thin bacon,
which I cremated in microwave.

Called into Plimsoll line and had a couple of pints with Derek and john;
Can’t say I really enjoyed them. Bought a 2 oz. Pack of baccy.

Called in supermarket intending to buy a couple of bottles of Newcastle but when I saw price I opted for a cheap bottle of cider.
Drunk that and went to bed till 8p.m.
Watched TV till midnight and went back to bed.
Threw up first.
