5 December
Woke up after a good night’s sleep to be greeted by showers and a dark dismal morning, within ten minutes the rain subsided and blue skies replaced the grey with sunshine prevailing,
still windy but not too strong.

I’ve had wash and put fire on getting ready for another day on the course work.
It’s much more cheery to see the blue sky and sunlight but it does pose problems with watching the monitor and trying to focus with the sunlight upon me.

Have an e. mail this a.m. confirming expected collection today of washer for repairs.
As an after thought I wrote the return address upon a piece of paper and put it inside machine.

Am sensing the space bar is getting a little stiffer, takes some effort to push it, perhaps its just my faulty thumb and its position over the board.
Took it out and cleaned it and replaced it seems a lot easier; not so much resistance. it was more annoying than anything.
There’s a lot of baccy gets under the keys, just felt more resistive than the rest of the keys and sometimes it half sticks.
Will just have to get used to it. Probably caused by using it to roll joints on!

No widow and orphan control in word.

Gone through whole piece and tidied up page breaks.

Doorbell went about 4 and I rushed down stairs expecting to see the delivery man;
neighbour greeted me, “fancy a joint?” he asked,
I invited him in, we skinned up and spent the next two hours listening to Jazz and chatting,
he eventually asked me if I could stay in the next day and let the gasman into his place to carry out some repairs.
I’ve waited in for over a week already waiting for a collection and in truth am getting low on food and medicine but I agreed as he offered me a second joint.

He left at six to go watch the Simpson’s and I not feeling too good went and crawled into bed and spent the next hour relaxed as stiff as a statue in bed.
I was able to close my mouth and take deep breaths through my miraculously clear nostrils.
I took the time to concentrate upon my body and relaxed totally, really enjoyed it.
He did take some money and try to get me a score but there was none left!
Got back up in time to watch my usual night’s viewing and went to bed about 11.
