Woke up and immediately rolled tab ends into a rollie, had a cuppa and seriously thought about going back to bed for the duration.
Today the weather is wet and gloomy, dark already.
Why I smoked so much yesterday, I dunno, perhaps I was once again trying to sicken myself off it.
I remember my heart was thumping and I figured out I’d reached the end of the limit.
I put my body through what was in essence 15 hrs almost chain smoking.
My chest was labouring and throat clicking and gurgling.
I took it to the max in an effort to make myself realise the difference between smoking and non-smoking.
Obviously I couldn’t continue abuse on such a scale.
To stop smoking is now going to have to be my priority,
I felt good, even after only 36 hrs rest.
Now I want to experience the difference when left alone for a longer period;
I have to experience the feel better factor to keep me on track.
The drinking part of yesterday simply proved that the body no longer enjoys alcohol and will not put up with its presence in my stomach.
I felt much better after being sick.

I have the fire on and the room has warmed up quite quickly, I no longer view returning to bed as an option to waste the day.
There are an estimated 78,500 prostitutes in Britain, and 95 per cent of them are addicted to Class A drugs. This is a huge illegal market for the drug barons to exploit.
There was no increase in the winter fuel allowance, despite record increases in gas and electricity prices this year.
Last year more than 25,000 older people died from the cold, yet the winter fuel allowance has been frozen at £200 for several years.
Meanwhile, MPs are demanding a 66 per cent pay rise to take their annual salary up to £100,000 a year. Plus an average £130,000 in allowances.
Blair wants MPs to back his plans for a £25billion Son of Trident nuclear weapons programme. Surely, there is the basis for a deal here.
They get the money, if they vote the right way.

Males aged 17-20 make up only three per cent of the driving population, yet they account for 33 per cent of all serious driving offences. And many of them are not charged,
because they are dead already!

On inner-city estates, the cross-breeding of animals is a thriving industry and they get away with it because dogs not recognised by the Kennel Club are impossible to put on a banned list. This is insanity
SQUARE melons are to go on sale in Tesco. Apparently the supermarket asked growers in Brazil to develop the melons after complaints that round ones rolled around the fridge.
May I make a suggestion? Square beer bottles, please.

Chestnuts roasting by a nuclear plant, Jack Frost nipping at your nose,
Global warming's a long way away, so folks dress up like Eskimos (sorry, Inuits),

At parties, famous models getting high to see if they, like reindeer, can fly,

THE basics of journalism can be summed up in just six words – who, what, where, when, how, why?
Drugs users across East Anglia were last night warned to exercise extreme caution after research showed cannabis supplies are being contaminated with harmful glass particles. Small glass beads - believed to be an industrial spray used for glass frosting - are being added to herbal cannabis in a bid to increase its weight and making “deals” more expensive.

I bought a deal before Xmas and the dealer said he thought the gear had been sprayed with something, by the time the gear was nearly finished a residue could clearly be seen. I dipped a moist finger into it and tasted it; at first I thought it may be sand but the particles were too small and too hard.

Spent day surfing and night watching TV.
