Had a really bad night, every 5 minutes or so was turning over and over again. Was relaxed and not in too much pain but couldn’t settle and my mind was racing.
I woke up tired so phoned pa and put meal off till Monday, had a couple of joints and went back to bed till 4.30, got up and watched TV.
