Woke up and went through dog ends to put together a rollie, as I smoked it the Tinnitus increased its volume until louder than the music I was listening to.
I take my tablets and sit near an open window.

Weather today is sunny with a slight breeze, pleasant conditions.
Going to be a long day without tobacco.
The rollie has filled the room with the aroma that my body craves for.
I will have to keep myself occupied for the waking hours.
Last night my breathing was easier and quieter.

I now have a light head, reminiscent of first smoke ever, the one I wish I had never had.

Neighbour called asking for a lift to town to pick up a script,
I take his last rollie off him and again the tinnitus reaches unacceptable volume.
A trip to G’bro will pass time.
Unfortunately my baccy supplier will be in that town today,
I know full well if I venture into his pub I’ll buy some.

A couple of pints will be out of question because of driving.
I thought today was Fri. but have been told otherwise, should have sorted that for myself,
giro came yesterday so today must be payday, Thurs.

With smoking there’s no in between, i.e. I cannot satisfy craving without returning to full time smoking, its all or nothing I’ll try for the day.
For some reason the combo is working well even though the receiver isn’t at full stretch and is bathed in full sunshine.
I don’t understand how a laser combo works so am unable to figure it out,
why some days the mouse or keyboard is unresponsive at certain distances yet works fine at other times.

I look at the stained cup and realise its probably the only item which needs washing today,
so I’ll be unable to immerse myself in household chores, the trip to G’bro will give time for the scent of smoke to diminish.

Had a ride to G’bro and found out the baron is on holiday; one guy took pity on me and gave me half ounce, had a couple of enjoyable pints, at £1.20, price was right, went to Redcar did some shopping then returned home, called into Bells to get electric on card and reversed into a barrier, cost me £20 in scrap yard to replace light, made a little mess but can live with it.

Looks like car will have to last till becomes too expensive to repair/ run.

Annoys me when I have a shunt, it’s my fault but am unable to fully turn to see when reversing, couldn’t be helped, will have to be more careful in future.
Lovely sunny afternoon.
Ideal for a walk but not in mood, am annoyed with myself.
