Didn’t wake up till 3.45 p.m. Had a brilliant 14 hours of sleep, probably thanks to whisky, decided to have a smoke free day so sat and watched TV till midnight and returned to bed.
Breathing was a little quieter and relaxed but throat still clicking away.
Should have gone into village but decided to wait till next week, save a little coin.
