9 th. December.

9 December
Had a reasonable sleep, woke up once from a violent dream in which I was sat in a café, late night and was threatened with a gun simply for not being able to tell someone what was on the television.
I refused to go outside even though the gun was pressed firmly against my head;
I then woke up.

Once again a sunny but very cold morning, fire’s on but not making a great deal of difference, will take ages to warm room up!
On second cuppa and been to toilet already, I presume must be the three portions of fruit I’m eating daily, or perhaps the Malt loaf, either way I feel better for the daily evacuation.

MY mood is better than yesterday I don’t feel as sleepy, may have to revert to taking medication at night time if the feeling of tiredness persists.
Did quite a lot of course work yesterday but was hampered by lack of programs on my p.c. so will have to replay sections and try to become accustomed to controls on virtual program.

A mild toothache reminds me I MUST go to the dentist and get the situation remedied, head aches which I’ve formally blamed upon the gas fire are undoubtedly due to the throbbing of the back upper molar which after giving me grief for months now must be due to be extracted.
The pain from my gums on the opposite side of the mouth has abated and I no longer get earache as a result.
Am annoyed at not being able to continue with course work because of lack of programs.
Tooth is hurting a bit, have got to end of baccy, am tempted to go and get another pouch.
Day still fine so think will go for a walk into village.

Went in car instead, was disappointed to find butchers closed so ventured to supermarket and bought a pork pie and a bottle of whisky, went to nearest pub and ate pie washed down with a couple of pints.
Pub looked nice and festive with decorations.
Went next to club and as usual nothing changes, same old faces, was bored so came home.
Had a couple of whiskies and decided it wouldn’t be worth stopping up to watch the TV so early night, 4p.m.
