Spetember 1 st.

First Sept.
Decided to have an easy day, so dressed, put washer in car and went to parents to give mother a chance to try machine out prior to possibly buying one.
Came home with home made chutney and pickled beetroot.
Came home, left car and went to club.
Only two customers in so listened to a guy who prides himself for growing peppers, he told me of his preparations for tomorrow’s horticultural show.
I had three pints, bought a bottle of whisky and came home.
Went to bed for afternoon nap and slept through till 8 p.m.
Got up, feeling refreshed and watched TV. for an hour, bored so returned to bed.
