Had an early night last night and was rewarded with a good kip.

Woke up a couple of times this morning but realised it was too early so succeeded in getting back to sleep till a more appropriate time of 10.30.
Beautiful sunny day; will be a crime not to go out for a walk; spent an hour on blog.
Place could do with a clean up but not desperate.

Would you rather be an ex-smoker that craves cigarettes -

or a non-smoker who never gives them a thought?
Bloody good question, I’ve no idea which I’m going to be yet.

I didn’t realise that quitting is going to be a long drawn out process, but I feel up to the challenge and think I’ll win in the end.
Mucked about with blog just a little too much and nearly lost the lot.

Need to learn about pasting code and customising layout.

Would appreciate any help.

No rush, will get there eventually.
Been a crap day; thought about smoking a lot.

Done some washing and hoovered lightly.
Am sat bored shitless but can’t be arsed to do anything about it.

Only by going too far can one possibly find out how far one can go.

Have cracked up and bought an eight of skunk; Yes i realise that has undone all the good work so far, but hell we have to have some enjoyment in life.

If I go out drinking I end up paying for the company.

I'm sat here with half a bottle of Scotch and a quarter of baccy so may as well make the most of it and have a couple of good days.

If i choose to have a bottle of spirits once in a while instead of going to pub everyday; doesn't make me a plonkie.

If i choose to stay in and have a few joints once in a while; doesn't make me a pot-head.

I have been watching the television programs in alcohol consumption in the u.k. and there's no way on earth I'm going to join that crowd or have that crowd infringe upon my space.

That's one of the good things about turning fifty.....I forget.

I can give up sex but need glasses.

Been a complete waste of a day in terms of study or completing domestic chores.

Hopefully the night will be more memorable.
