2 nd May.

2 May 2007
Another early rise, weather different today, overcast and dreary; perfect for putting plants out.
Had a couple of trips to the nearby tip. Got rid of all the waste sods.
Home, planted about 80 plants, watered well. Had a bath, got changed and went to club, walking, for a good bevvy.
As per usual when I arrived at the club wasn’t in mood to get drunk so just had a couple and came home.
Big chunk of home made mince pie, good measure of whisky and filling diary in.
Am in a lot of pain, feels like backbone is a scaffolding pole but managed to walk home without pausing, was pushing it!
All this exercise must be doing some good but by christ it hurts. The guy at the tip showed me some mercy and gave me a hand tippiong the sacks.
Like I said today is perfect for planting out and all should take a hold and bloom.
Nearly forgot to sow my favourite seeds, the night scented stock should produce a nice aroma on a night time, just have to open windows.
The hard work starts tomorrow; digging the plot!
Will do a little every day, there’s no rush, hell a garden takes at least three years to mature and take shape.
Am enjoying it but it is Savage amusement to start off.
Am down to last of baccy so am going to have a couple of smokes, couple of whiskies and a couple of hours kip.
One of the so called signs of being bi-polar is starting several projects; well this is one project which I’ve seen through with limited assistance.
Am getting a taste for this glen moray, may try another bottle and take one on holiday with me.Plus a dollop of gear possibly.
Word is again corrupted will have to re- install.
