Another lousy day weather wise, clouds are forming now, looks like will be downpours for this afternoon.

Blogger is down, has been for a couple of days.
Lots of annoyed people.

I finally got my arse into gear and tidied three out the four rooms up.
Today I pay; back pain returns with a vengeance.

Spent most of day reading several editions of private Eye, had myself a nice meal followed by a bath.
Feel almost human.

Or as human as one can feel after having one’s eyes opened to the ridiculous amounts of money being wasted by our Government.
Billions wasted.
Relationships exist among people in power which would not be tolerated in
“ Real life” on the streets.
Out and out Fraudsters, siphoning off monies which could have been used better elsewhere.
Mis-use of office for personal and company gains.
Blatant use of tax loopholes, many created recently by Gordon himself, to defraud the coffers of billions in revenue.
Blatant theft.

It’s another world, a world in which convicted fraudsters can be reemployed in positions which in real life would have been totally unaccessable.

Figures manipulated, expected costs changed to suit, often with the main purpose of keeping the electorate from ever asking questions.
They all piss in the same pot and eat out of the same trough, sharing spoils and paying unwarranted bonuses for proven failure.

I now remember why I have no faith or interest in the Government of this country.
Notice how I use the term this and not my.
There is no way on earth the government of today has any interest in the welfare of the majority.
O.K. perhaps I have been naïve in thinking it ever had the purpose of serving the population, but I suspect a lot of people do genuinely believe that these people are equipped to run the country and look after the financial affairs.
I for one do not.

There will be some among you, who will scoff at the likes of me, turning towards a publication like the eye for research.
Where is there to turn?
Who else is going to plainly describe the antics of some of the self centred people, corporations, and government departments.
Who else will describe how Tony has been mis fed information and taken drastic action after being told misinformation?
Where else will the scheming behind the government’s actions be explained?
